The Waldorf Astoria in Berlin provided an exceptional experience during my recent work stay. The concierge team was incredibly responsive, assisting with dinner reservations and transportation arrangements promptly. The Junior Suite was spacious and well-appointed, offering a stunning view of the Tiergarten. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly made eggs and a delightful buffet selection. The business center's services, including printing, made my stay efficient and productive.

They offered an incredible breakfast with a huge selection, and my family couldn't get enough of the amazing smoked salmon and eggs! Also, the spa was a serene escape, the kind of tranquility you need after chaos.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for shopping and the zoo. Our room was spacious and the service was top-notch. Don’t miss breakfast. the variety is fantastic, and the staff is really attentive. We loved the relaxing spa as well. it was a nice way to unwind after a day out.

One downside was that WiFi wasn’t included, which felt outdated since it was an extra cost. It would be nice for high-end hotels to include that nowadays.

great location but not ideal for exploring

The suite was impressively spacious with quality amenities that enhanced our stay. The spa facilities provided a lovely oasis to relax in after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. the selection was delightful and perfect for fueling our adventures. We appreciated how easy it was to access shopping and restaurants nearby, adding convenience to our experience.

The location, while great for dining, was not within walking distance to major sights, making it less convenient for sightseeing.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and super comfy. We loved the seamless car parking service that had our bags ready when we checked out. Relaxing at the spa and enjoying the indoor swimming pool were definite highlights of our stay. One minor hiccup was that our room didn’t have the preferred view we hoped for, but it didn’t bring us down! 😊

The Deluxe King Room offered a cozy ambiance and elegant design. The staff's warmth added a personal touch, although some amenities like USB ports could improve the experience. Try the on-site restaurant for an exquisite breakfast. A tip, ask for night turndown service upfront.

Plus, nothing beats that chill vibe in the in-room dining – let’s just say their late-night snacks hit just right after a day of exploring. Stylish lounges and top-notch drinks to sip while you unwind just add to the allure!

So, we had a bit of a kerfuffle on check-in when our junior suite wasn’t ready, and the heating in our icebox suite was more of an 'ice cream maker. ' A tiny electric heater? Not exactly what I expected from a luxe brand. Made for an interesting night, but we survived! Berlin's still my jam.
